I'm Ralf Gerhardt – the person behind this website, the blog articles, and the AI Pal app. This is a one-person operation, built for Tampa Bay property owners who want straight answers without the sales pitch.

2. Ask Ralf (via WhatsApp)

You can send me your Tampa Bay property question directly via WhatsApp. I personally research every question and reply Monday through Friday within 48 hours. This service is free, no strings attached.

3. AI Pal (Subscription App)

AI Pal is my personally developed AI companion for Tampa Bay property questions. It's available as a monthly subscription ($9.95/month) or an annual plan ($99/year).

You can cancel anytime – no penalty, no locked-in contracts
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
After cancellation, your access continues until that date

When you use Ask Ralf (WhatsApp): Your messages are processed through Meta's WhatsApp platform. I read every message personally to research your question. General themes from these questions may be used anonymously to improve AI Pal and write new guides, but your personal details are never shared.

When you subscribe to AI Pal: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information – Stripe handles all payment data according to their own privacy standards (stripe.com/privacy). Your subscription status and email are stored to manage your account.

When you subscribe to our newsletter: Your email is used solely for property-related updates from TampaBayPropertyOwner.com. No third-party marketing, ever.

When you read our blog: We use standard analytics tools (e.g., cookies) to understand which content is helpful. No personal data is sold or shared.
